It is important to choose the rug according to the characteristics of the area where you intend to use it. For high-traffic areas, it is recommended to choose a rug that maintains its pattern and colors for a long time. When choosing a rug, it is good to pay more attention to the following factors: preferred colors, amount of light, home decorations, and humidity percentage. How should rugs be maintained daily? For long-term use, regular cleaning of rugs is important. Vacuum the rug with a powerful vacuum cleaner at least twice a week. If you have heavy traffic, we recommend vacuuming the rug every day. Should the rug be washed? Do not wash the rugs with water! For a longer lifespan of the rug, it is better to clean it by wiping. Rug cleaning should only be done with a quality carpet shampoo, using only the foam, never use water. After cleaning, do not leave the rug wet; it should be spread out in a shaded area, never in the sun. Never use detergent, bleach, or other cleaning products for rug cleaning. What does the pile of rugs mean? It means the height of the pile (yarn). It can vary depending on the type of rug. Do not scratch the surface of the rug with sharp or pointed objects. Due to heavy objects with flat legs placed directly on the rug, or forced stretching, these can deform the rug pile over time; straightening that spot cannot happen on its own. Over time, this leads to deformation of the rug. What should we do if furniture placed directly on the rug leaves marks? First of all, we recommend not placing furniture on the rug. At regular intervals, be sure to change the location of the objects on the rug. Because things left on the rug in the same place for too long will deform its surface. What happens if we spill hot tea on the rugs? We recommend not pouring liquids over 70°C on rugs, or allowing contact with other hot surfaces (iron, tea, hot water, etc.). If a liquid has been spilled on the rug, we recommend absorbing the liquid from the rug with a vacuum cleaner and, depending on the spilled liquid, using a stain remover according to the instructions on the product label. The color of the rug looks different from different angles, is this a problem? Depending on the shadows, the rugs change color; this is not a problem. Depending on the traffic (density of use) on rug surfaces, there are small differences. This situation is especially pronounced in light-colored, flat rugs. To avoid this situation, rotate the rug placement areas. Avoid exposing the rug to direct sunlight for long periods, as discoloration may occur. Frequently change the rug's position away from direct sunlight or install curtains on the windows to avoid this situation. How to store rugs you no longer use? When transporting or storing, do not fold the rug. Always roll the rug when storing or transporting it. The storage area should not be damp. What should I do when the rug loses its pile? Loss of pile on cut-pile rugs is inevitable. This will be reduced in a short time if the rug is regularly vacuumed with a powerful vacuum cleaner. STAIN REMOVAL Step 1 Intervene immediately as soon as a stain appears on the rug. Otherwise, it will be difficult to remove, and in some cases, it will be impossible to remove the stains. Step 2: The basic principle of removing stains from a rug is to avoid using additional materials. Therefore, the stain on the rug can be absorbed before any chemical application. Step 3: Do not rub the spot when cleaning the stain. This will lead to deeper penetration of the stain into the rug. Step 4: Since the rug is a three-dimensional product, even if the initial surface is cleaned, after drying, the stains will instantly be visible again. Because stain removal is done from top to bottom, and drying from bottom to top, the stain appears visible again on the rug surface after drying. That is why the stain removal process is repeated. Step 5 If shampoo should be used in the stain removal process, then we will only use the foam from the shampoo. Never use water or the liquid part of the shampoo. Because these products can damage the rug. Step 6 Proceed to remove the stain from the outside towards the inside. Success in stain removal lies in not spreading it.
