What should you know when choosing a rug? It is important to choose the rug according to the characteristics of the area you will use it in. For heavily trafficked areas, it is recommended to choose a rug that retains its design and colors for a long time. When choosing a rug, pay more attention to the following factors: preferred colors, amount of light, home decorations, and humidity level.

How should rugs be maintained daily? For long-term use, regular cleaning of rugs is important. Vacuum the rug with a powerful vacuum cleaner at least twice a week. If you have heavy traffic, we recommend vacuuming the rug every day.

Should the rug be washed? Do not wash rugs with water! For a longer lifespan, it is better to clean it by wiping. Rugs should only be cleaned with a quality rug shampoo, using only the foam, and never water. After cleaning, the rug should not be left damp; it should be laid out in a shady place, never in the sun. Do not use detergent, chlorine, or other cleaning products to clean the rug.

What does the pile of the rugs mean? It means the height of the pile (yarn). It may vary depending on the type of rug. Do not scratch the surface of the rug with sharp or pointed objects. Heavy objects with flat feet placed directly on the rug, or forced stretching, can deform (bend) the rug's fibers over time, and that spot cannot be straightened on its own. Over time, this leads to deformation of the rug.

What should we do if furniture placed directly on the rug leaves marks? First of all, we recommend not placing furniture on the rug. Regularly change the location of objects on the rug. Because things left in the same place on the rug for a long time lead to deformation of its surface.

What happens if we spill hot tea on the rugs? We recommend not pouring liquids over 70°C on rugs or allowing contact with other hot surfaces (iron, tea, hot water, etc.). If a liquid has been spilled on the rug, we recommend absorbing the liquid with a vacuum cleaner and, depending on the liquid spilled, using a stain remover according to the instructions on the product label.

Does the rug's color look different from different angles, is this a problem? Rugs change color depending on the shadows; this is not a problem. Depending on the traffic (density of use) on the rug's surfaces, there are small differences. This situation is especially pronounced in light-colored, flat rugs. To avoid this situation, replace the rug's placement surfaces. Avoid exposing the rug to direct sunlight for a long time, as this may cause it to fade. Change the rug's location often from direct sunlight or install curtains on the windows to avoid this situation.

How do you store rugs that you no longer use? When transporting or storing, do not fold the rug. Whenever storing or transporting the rug, it must be rolled. The storage area must not be damp.

What should I do when the rug loses its pile? Loss of pile in rugs made of discontinuous fibers is inevitable. This aspect will be reduced shortly if the rug is vacuumed regularly with a powerful vacuum cleaner.

STAIN REMOVAL
Step 1: As soon as the stain appears on the rug, intervene immediately. Otherwise, it would be difficult to remove, and in some cases, stain removal will be impossible.

Step 2: The basic principle of removing stains from the rug is to avoid using additional materials. Therefore, the stain on the rug can be absorbed before starting any chemical application.

Step 3: Do not rub the area when cleaning the stain. This will lead to a more significant soaking of the rug.

Step 4: The rug is a three-dimensional product; although the initial surface has been cleaned, after drying, the stains will instantly be visible again. Because stain removal is done from top to bottom, and drying from bottom to top, after drying, the stain seems visible again on the surface of the rug. That is why the stain removal process is done repeatedly.

Step 5: If shampoo should be used during the stain removal process, then we will only use the foam from the shampoo. Never use water or the liquid part of the shampoo. Because these products are likely to damage the rug.

Step 6: Proceed to remove the stain from the outside to the inside. The success of stain removal lies in not spreading it.

Step 7: Do not use hydrochloric acid, chlorine, or other chemicals to remove stains. Using these chemicals will lead to fabric damage, discoloration, and decomposition.

Step 8: If a particular chemical product is recommended for stain removal, before using the product on the stain, try it on a relatively inconspicuous part of the rug to ensure that it will not harm the fabric and color of the rug.
